Travel  Refund Policy

  • If a child drops before tryouts he or she is entitled to a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. If a child drops before finalized team assignments, the registration fee, minus $75 will be refunded.  If a child drops after June 20th they will not be entitled to any refund.  
  • If a child wishes to play in a specific division and does not make that division, he/she will have the option of playing in the accepted division or dropping.  If dropping, a full refund of the program registration fee will be issued.  Requests to play in a specific division must be received in writing in the club office within 24 hours of completion of the first tryout for the age group.

  • If a child does not make the travel team and opts to play in the in-house program, a refund for the price difference between travel and in-house will be issued.

  • If a child does not make the travel team and opts not to play in-house, a full refund of the program registration fee will be issued.
