This program is designed to fit into the first 45 minutes to an
hour of practice time

• Warm up Run – Each player upon arrival should on their own run four laps
• Juggling: after warm up run each player should work on juggling
• Dribbling: coaches should set up a dribbling drill as well so the kids do not get bored.
• Box drill: inside/outside right foot

• Double taps between feet while moving
• Free dribble with pullbacks( weak foot only)

• Passing drills:
• 20yds apart/dribble halfway/pass/jockey back
• 10 yds apart/ passing then reciving with the back foot like a sponge
• 3yds apart/ one touch passing
• #3 as a competition…ist to ten passes wins all others jumping jack or sprints.
• Throw ins:
• Throw ball to self then dribble
• Throw to player and receiving player traps
• Throw to player and player receives/ passes back
• Team session:
• Tactical drill to work on correcting mistakes in previous game.
• Scrimmage
